What is Breath Work?
Breath Work Therapy is a simple, yet extremely effective way to make FAST changes in your body, all towards feeling better and living more healthily.

Through specific breathing techniques and coaching, you will immediately notice changes in your nervous system (taking you from "fight or flight" stress states to "rest and digest" calm), your heart rate, your mood, and your mind. You will feel less tension in your muscles, and notice improved lung capacity as well.

These techniques will serve you long after our session, giving you the tools you need to find your breath in those moments throughout your day where you may not feel calm, rested, energized, or ready to take on what life brings to you. You will love how simple the practices are, and how easily you can integrate them into your daily life.
